Alexandra on the Pacific, Alexandra Headland

Vertex were appointed to complete the external repaint of this beautiful building perched on top of the hill between Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland. The Body Corporate engaged a colour consultant to design a modern scheme as the existing colours were certainly quite dated.

A wide range of the services Vertex offer were utilised during the repaint including:

• Installation of a fully comprehensive roof safety system
• Roof screw replacement
• Balustrade painting
• Removal and re-installation of powder coated screens after sand blasting and powder coating
• Drainage improvements to planter boxes
• Supply and installation of stainless steel rain heads
• Replacement of corroded pipe brackets with new stainless steel
