We have established a specialised painting division, Vertex Rope Access Painting.

We have been painting high-rise complexes and resorts since 2001, mostly as subcontractors for the major re-paint contractors in Queensland. We now have our own painters and decorators registration (QBSA License 1123286) and are full member of the Master Painters Australia Association and are ready to take on new contracts.

As we do not require scaffolding or swing-stages to get the job done, significant savings can be made. Beside the cost factor, Rope Access painting is far less intrusive as it does not require heavy and noisy machinery and avoids damage to roofs and gardens. Resorts can operate as normal, as our way of painting only marginally interferes with the day to day operation.

Industrial coatings are our speciality. With the assistance of specialist facade engineers, we can apply the correct coating to your project, be it a lighthouse, communication tower or resort complex. Our tools and equipment are (relatively) light weight and can be shipped anywhere at short notice. Our work positioning systems can be set up and dismantled rapidly (usually within 30 minutes, saving valuable time).

Our team of painters are highly qualified in rope access abseiling techniques and are all independently trained and certified by IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association), the only worldwide recognised organisation in this industry. Companies operating under the IRATA system have proven over the last decade to achieve the highest possible safety record in any industry sector working at heights, worldwide.

Industrial Rope Access Abseiling provides operators with the perfect work positioning, placing them close to the work area in a comfortable position. This eliminates having to rely on extension poles and ladders which often compromise the quality of the work.

Vertex has teams based in Brisbane on the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast and we do travel anywhere at short notice if required.
