We repaint the entire complex in year one and return each year of the contract to touch up areas that require maintenance anywhere on the complex.
Our competitors will generally not fix any issues above three meters from the ground during their maintenance contract, as they cannot access these areas without bringing in scaffolding or boom-lifts. Using our industrial rope access technique we can access all areas at any time with ease, meaning a better maintenance quality for your building.
