Often when quoting repainting or building maintenance work, we are asked to itemise some areas to allow the Body Corporate the freedom to decide if the expenditure involved will be taken on at the time of the repaint, or rescheduled for a later date. The Committee at Eighty Picnic Point have opted to accept all optional work, meaning the complex will enjoy a full overhaul including waterproofing, replacement of corroded roof screws, roof painting, painting of internal lift landings and main foyer in conjunction with our standard external repaint services.
