"We were originally impressed by the way Steve and his company had finished other repaint jobs in the Cotton Tree area and this is why we selected this company.  We did not make our decision on quote alones, as it was more important to us to see how they carried out the job elsewhere and then see the finished product.

During the 6 week period that Vertex were on the job, we did not even notice their presence, they worked diligently without any disruption and noise to any of the guests or owner occupiers of our building.  The work site was kept clean and tidy at all times.

Once they commenced the job, they were here everyday until the project was completed.  Steve was seen onsite daily working alongside his employees and checking with us to see that we were happy with the job.

The company did a thorough wash dwon of each section of the building first, attended to any render maintenance, paying particular attention to detail before painting.

Steve has chosen a team of workers who are both professional and courteous in the way they conduct themselves on the job.

The Beach House

"On completion of the construction of The Beach House designed by Anthony Robinson of Sprout Architects Mooloolaba he recommended that we have the building washed down anually so as to preserve the outstanding design and presentation of this property. He also advised us to repaint between 8 & 10 years to also maintain the overall appearance. Steve Van Schooten of Vertex Access Solutions has done the washdown for us at Xmas each year. Last year he mentioned that he also does painting using the rope method. We authorised him to do this as part of our Body Corporate expenses.

I am proud to say that both Steve himself and the workmen involved in either washdown or painting were of the highest standard imaginable. Work was carried out in the estimated time with extreme competency and outstanding workmanship. They were reliable,considerate and left our building spotless on completion of their work on a daily basis. I highly recommend Vertex to anyone considering washdown/painting as I am confident that you will be as impressed as I was with their work especially due to the lower costs involved due to the rope method.
